We are very proud of our collection of soft furnishings and home accessories and always endevour to provide you with products that are of the highest standards. We want you to be delighted with the items that you receive from us!

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days upon receipt of your goods. We will advise you of how you can arrange for an exchange of goods or a full refund of your purchased price (less postage and handling). Non faulty goods must be unused, in perfect condition and retain it's original packaging.

We make every attempt to ensure that all items leave our warehouse in perfect condition, however, in the event that an item you have received is defective, please ensure that you contact us as soon as possible so that we can advise you of how to arrange for an exchange of goods or a full refund of the purchased price. An exchange of goods on defective items will be available to you for 30 days after you receive your order. Should you wish for a refund you will be entitled to do so provided your contact with us falls within the 7 day grace period we specify after receiving your order.

At our discretion - based on the size, weight and nature of your order, we will either send your order through Australia Post or Trans Direct Couriers - our chosen delivery partners.

Trans Direct Couriers are used when sending very fragile items, large items or for orders of multiple items - where the cubic weight of the item would cost too much to go through Australia Post. The benefits of using this courier service are:

- They offer a 'Fragile Items' handling service

- Proof of delivery

- The ability for us to track the progress of the delivery of your order

- Your order is left safely at your nominated delivery address - please ensure this is an address that you will be available at during business hours

*Please note that it is good practice to open and inspect your order when it is delivered in front of the courier in the event that damage has occured in transit. If an order is damaged in transit please also ensure that as well as contacting us straight away, you retain the order for proof. Trans Direct do not offer insurance on glass items or ceramics and crockery.

If your order is sent through Australia Post, we will send orders that come to over $25 via registered post for your peace of mind at no extra cost to you - this is an added service that we like to provide where possible. The benefits of having your item delivered via registered post are:

- Proof of delivery

- The ability for us to track the progress of the delivery of your order

- Requires a signature on delivery

- Your items are never left in an unsafe place (if you are not home when your order is delivered, you will be left a card to collect your order from your nearest post office.)

- Your order is insured up to the value of $100 should any damage or loss occur in transit

*Please Note that in the event that your order is damaged in transit, we will require you to hang on to your order as your received it (within the original packaging). You may need to take it to your nearest Australia Post office in order for them to access the damage and to process a claim through postal insurance. We obviously will cooperate fully to provide everything Australia Post then needs to process the claim.
